Apply now!     At a glance   As a Senior Product Manager, you will take responsibility for our product portfolio in the area of Automation & Digital Products, ranging from PLC, HMI, and SCADA to software and digital services such as XR Mock ups and Digital Twin. You will develop product strategies, roadmaps, and business cases, analyze market, customer, and technology trends, and derive new product solutions from them. You will manage the entire product lifecycle from idea to market launch, work closely with customers, sales, engineering, software development, and service, and support sales and business development activities for strategic customer projects.     Tasks   • Responsibility for the product portfolio in the area of Automation & Digital Products (PLC, HMI, SCADA, software, and digital services such as XR Mock-up, Digital Twin, etc.) • Development and implementation of product strategies, roadmaps, and business cases • Analysis of market, customer, and technology trends as well as derivation of new product solutions • Collection and prioritization of customer requirements for new developments and further developments • Management of the entire product lifecycle from idea to market launch • Close cooperation with customers, sales, engineering, software development, and service • Support of sales and business development activities for strategic customer projects     Hardskills   • Completed degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, computer science, industrial engineering, or comparable training • Several years of experience in product management, business development, or sales of automation and software solutions • Sound knowledge of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems • Experience in the areas of Industry 4.0, digitalization, data integration, or IIoT • Good understanding of automation, electrical, and software engineering • Experience in technical sales and requirements management of capital goods or software products • Business fluent German and English skills     Softskills   • Customer-oriented, communicative, and persuasive personality with strong networking skills and a clear, goal-oriented manner of expression • Strategic mindset with strong implementation strength • Analytical and structured way of working with high problem-solving competence • High technical affinity for automation and digital solutions • Strong assertiveness and decisiveness • High initiative, resilience, and entrepreneurial thinking • Enthusiastic, motivating personality with the ability to win teams and stakeholders for common goals • High identification with products, customers, and market requirements     We offer   • An open and collegial corporate culture in which your opinion counts • Freedom for your own ideas and creative scope in an international market environment • Targeted promotion of your professional and personal development • Job-oriented induction • Short decision-making paths and flat hierarchies that promote independent work • An open communication policy at eye level • 5 weeks of vacation with the possibility of additional vacation days     Further information   We look forward to receiving your complete application documents (CV, diplomas, and work references), which you can submit directly via our career page.
