In the Utenberg emergency shelter, you will help create a stable, respectful environment for men in challenging life situations and foster a culture of togetherness. Your tasks • With us, you are a central contact person for the exclusively male residents in the Utenberg emergency shelter and ensure safety and order. • You promote respectful coexistence and implement the house rules, including the sanction system, fairly and consistently. • In challenging situations, you keep an overview: You remain calm, initiate the necessary steps, and actively contribute to de-escalation. • You carefully and reliably perform administrative tasks such as daily journals, telephone service, and the structured transfer of important information. Your profile • You have completed basic training in an administrative or skilled trade. • An impeccable reputation is a prerequisite for our work, and you have gained several years of experience in the asylum sector and/or security service. • You are resilient and act calmly even in demanding situations - with the ability to assert yourself clearly and respectfully. • You are able to work independently and are flexible, even with changing working hours, including weekend and holiday shifts. • You communicate securely in German - both written and spoken.
