We are looking for a Project Manager Technical Facility Management (m/f/d) to complement our Facility Management team at the Reinach location and to jointly develop a sustainable, modern, and future-oriented infrastructure.

Which tasks will you undertake?
You will:

• take over the overall project management of small to medium-sized projects (0.1 - 5 Mio.) in the field of Facility Management at the Reinach location and ensure quality, deadlines, and costs.
• focus on demanding projects in building technology and actively drive and further develop the implementation of the measures of the Energy Strategy 2030+.
• lead and coordinate internal as well as external planners and executing companies, implement strategic specifications operationally, and actively participate in construction management yourself if necessary.
• act as an interface to various business units and thus ensure smooth cooperation.
• contribute your expertise in technical building equipment and provide targeted support to colleagues from operations and maintenance.

What do we expect from you?
You:

• have a professional qualification in the field of building technology (building automation or HLKS) with further training as a building technician HF/FH or comparable and know the SIA standards.
• have several years of experience in technically demanding projects in an industrial environment and ideally project management training (IPMA Level C).
• preferably bring knowledge of CAD tools.
• master German in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage.
• think conceptually, act in a solution-oriented manner, and communicate clearly and convincingly.
• enjoy working in a team and want to make a difference together with others.
