Assistant Front Office Manager

Your tasks

• Support the Front Office Manager in all operational and administrative areas as well as acting as their deputy during absences
• Leadership, care, and induction of employees and apprentices at the Front Office
• Control of daily closings as well as processing of daily accounts, bank deposits, and guest accounting
• Professional guest care including complaint management, room allocation, and processing of guest questionnaires
• Control of guest correspondence as well as support of the Front and Back Office including reservations
• A completed commercial apprenticeship and several years of Front Office experience and/or a degree from a hotel management school
• At least two years of professional experience at a hotel reception
• Fluent German, French, and English skills in speaking and writing
• Very good administrative knowledge and confident handling of common IT programs
• Leadership competence, resilience, flexibility, as well as an independent and precise way of working
