• 22 August 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Wikon Direction, organization and coordination of the insulating glass production department (including personnel planning and responsibility for up to 26 employees working in shifts in 2 teams) Ensure productivity, quality, compliance with deadlines, use of materials and yield in the manufacturing process Responsibility for occupational safety, cleanliness, machine availability as well as compliance with legal requirements and internal directives Implementation and continuous development of the quality management system according to ISO standards as well as the promotion of continuous improvement processes (e.g. KVP, 5S, SFM) Plan and carry out training as well as transmit information in a structured manner during shift changes
