The Stiftung Heilsarmee Schweiz, as a leading social non-profit organization and church, offers uncomplicated support to people in challenging life situations. In the Finance Sozialwerk organizational unit, we act as an important partner in the business areas of the Sozialwerk.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for several financial accounts, as well as their cost accounting, with the support of a clerk
• Direct contact person for the site managers as internal customers
• Contact with other stakeholders: controllers, donors, as well as the external auditing body
• Reporting through monthly, quarterly, and annual closing work according to OR

What you bring with you

• Commercial basic training, preferably with further training as a clerk in accounting
• Several years of professional experience as an accountant
• Native language is German
• You are proficient in closing, digitally savvy with solid software knowledge, especially in Excel
• It is an advantage if you are familiar with the ERP system Business Central
• Able to work in a team, communicative, and resilient
• You combine both: diligence and efficiency
• Even in high-pressure phases, you do not lose sight of the goal and meet deadlines
• Service-oriented attitude for professional interaction with the various stakeholders
• Identification with the vision, mission, and mandate and the Christian values of the Heilsarmee
