For a long-standing, valued employee, we are looking for a successor as Clerk Technical AVOR & Purchasing (m/f/d) 80–100 % In this versatile function, you are an important interface between production, purchasing and internal specialist departments. You ensure that our production orders are technically and administratively optimally prepared and that the required materials are available on time and under economic conditions. Your tasks Technical work preparation (AVOR): You process new and repeat orders, create order-related pre-calculations and ensure complete technical preparation of the production orders. Order processing: You create production orders in the ERP system ProAlpha and create or maintain bills of materials, operation plans and relevant master data. Production support: You coordinate closely with production, clarify technical and scheduling questions and support smooth order processing. Material procurement: You procure the materials required for the orders and ensure their availability at the right time. Purchasing & Suppliers: You request offers, compare prices and conditions and conduct price negotiations with national and international suppliers. Schedule and cost control: You monitor delivery dates, identify possible bottlenecks early and initiate the necessary measures. Cost optimization: You observe price developments, check procurement options and actively support the optimization of material and procurement costs. Process improvement: You contribute your experience to continuously improve existing processes in AVOR and purchasing.
