Clerk Supplementary Benefits Medical Costs with Special Tasks (80 - 100 %)

What you will achieve

• You review applications for reimbursement of medical and disability costs and issue decisions
• You take on special tasks and reconstruct complex case situations
• You process objections and requests for remission
• You provide information in written or telephone form and advise our customers personally on-site
• You are in regular exchange with dental practices, offices, and authorities

What you bring

• Commercial basic training
• Experience in benefits accounting, ideally in the social insurance system
• Further training in the social insurance system or willingness to proactively acquire missing knowledge
• Ability to quickly grasp complex connections and explain them understandably
• Confident handling of digital applications
• Independent and efficient way of working
• Personal responsibility and team orientation
• Professional and friendly appearance, even in hectic situations
