MISSION DESCRIPTION A meaningful mission, at the heart of Geneva's EMS • As a nursing assistant, you intervene on punctual or planned missions within Geneva's medico-social institutions. • Alongside a multidisciplinary team, you play a key role in the overall care of residents. • You perform nursing and support care with autonomy and kindness, under the responsibility of a nurse, while ensuring clear and reliable transmissions to guarantee continuity of care. • Flexible hours (continuous, split, night, weekends, and holidays) for a rhythmic, human, and rewarding activity. EXPECTED PROFILE • You are a nursing assistant and have at least one year of successful experience in geriatrics. • A first experience in EMS in Switzerland would be a real plus. • Sensitive to the well-being of residents, you put the human at the heart of your practice.
