Specialist Household Waste - Driver Cat. C

Tasks

• You regularly carry out collection tours for household waste as well as commercial waste and navigate the waste collection vehicle safely through the city of Zürich.
• You are responsible both for the safety of the collection team and for the maintenance of the vehicles.
• You complete your tasks according to the specifications and are able to react flexibly to operational requirements.
• If required, you work as an operational worker (loader) at the back of a waste collection vehicle and support other departments of logistics.
• If required, you perform weekend and night shifts (e.g., during festivals or pre- and post-collections).

Profile

• Vocational training (EFZ level) preferably mechanical / manual / technical
• Several years of proven professional experience as a truck driver Cat. C from the past 2-5 years
• Friendly, open manner for flawless interaction within the team as well as with internal and external customers
• Good German skills (C1 level) as well as basic PC skills
• Good physical condition and willingness to work outdoors in all weather
