The Global Employer Services (GES) team, part of Deloitte's Tax & Legal practice, collaborates with multinational companies to navigate global mobility and payroll complexity with confidence. We provide comprehensive payroll solutions and strategic advice that keep our clients compliant, efficient, and ahead of their time. How you can make an impact • Master payroll fundamentals while solving real client challenges - work on complex issues such as expense policy development and managing tax withholding assessments. You will learn how payroll integrates into global business strategy. • Develop diverse and practical skills across the entire payroll cycle - from monthly processing and salary type review to social security audits. Each project expands your technical toolkit and client experience. • Manage critical end-to-end processes - record personnel and salary data, process direct payments via EBICS, distribute payslips, and ensure compliance. You will see the direct impact of your work and develop a solid foundation in regulatory requirements. • Develop relationships with key stakeholders - interact with local tax and social security authorities, prepare accurate monthly reports via ELM, and build your credibility as a trusted payroll professional. • Contribute significantly to your team - learn from one another, develop new skills, and participate in the collective growth of yourself and your colleagues. Profile sought  • You possess strong digital skills and a fine understanding of complex interrelations, demonstrating professional conscientiousness as well as a solution-oriented and team-focused work style.  • You enjoy taking on new challenges and are eager to provide comprehensive compliance and payroll advisory services to multinational corporate clients. • You hold a qualification in fiduciary services or a degree in business administration, economics, or a related discipline. • You have a strong affinity for technology and wish to learn and work with artificial intelligence and payroll systems such as Abacus and SAP. • You have a perfect command of English and speak French or German fluently; additional language skills are a significant advantage.
