To strengthen our production teams, we are building a reserve of long-term collaborators. You will support us in assembly - according to capacity needs in different production sectors and shift work models. Today first on a temporary mission - tomorrow perhaps, depending on needs and abilities, in a permanent position in the team. At Trafag, this is not just a slogan, but a lived practice. Here is what motivates you to get up in the morning: • Assembly and final mounting of electromechanical components, sensor assemblies, and devices • Control and testing (leak testing, insulation testing, high voltage testing, intermediate and final inspection) • Calibration and adjustment of sensor assemblies and devices (including cold and hot adjustment) • Mechanical and electronic connection techniques (laser welding, bonding, soldering, crimping) • Handling of production equipment (loading/unloading climate chambers, calibration installations) • Documentation and quality assurance (recording defects, SAP lists, certificates, labels, nameplates) Here is what we expect from you: • Technical understanding and manual dexterity • Experience in the assembly of small devices or electronic components is an asset • Basic computer skills • Good command of German, both spoken and written • You are reliable, punctual, and work with precision • Availability to work in a cleanroom • And very important: you like to roll up your sleeves and are flexible! To work in our production, good physical condition is required, as you will often perform your tasks standing up. Whether you are an early bird or a night owl - depending on the assigned sector, we offer adapted shift work models: • Day shift (mon-sat) • 2-shift work (mon-sat morning shift 05:40-14:30, evening shift 14:15-23:00) • 3-shift work (including night shift sun-fri 22:40-06:00)  - Working time is 40 hours per week.
