Job Description

You participate in the daily production as well as in the entire catering process, prepare meals dietetically correctly, adhere to hygiene and occupational safety guidelines, HACCP, and help to maintain quality assurance.

You carry out the tasks assigned to you quickly and professionally and consider your profession a passion. You are specialized in the preparation of food due to various diets. You feel comfortable with current cooking techniques and value cooperation in an important brigade. You have completed vocational training as a cook with additional training as a dietary cook. In addition, you confirm good specialist knowledge in handling fresh products and have experience in the à-la-carte and banquet sectors.
