Head of Finance
In this demanding role, you report to the CFO, take over the leadership of two employees and are responsible for the organization of the finance department as well as its further development. You coordinate the consolidation of the group companies, create sound decision-making bases for the management board as well as the board of directors and expand the reporting as well as the liquidity management. In addition, you ensure effective financial risk management. As a central specialist, you coordinate the financial processes at home and abroad, are responsible for budget and reporting processes and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. Furthermore, you take on the leadership or participation in projects and remain close to the operational business.
For this responsible function, we are looking for an internationally experienced personality with a degree in finance and accounting as well as further training in business administration. You have sound practical experience, knowledge of SAP, Swiss GAAP FER and the consolidation of international companies. Ideally, you have successfully initiated and accompanied optimization projects. You think in networks, act in an orientation-to-solutions manner, communicate proactively as well as clearly and drive developments independently and with commitment. A very high IT affinity as well as very good German and English skills round off your profile. Further foreign languages are an advantage.
