For our customer in Thayngen, we are looking for a/an HR Business Partner (m/w/d) 80-100% ## Your tasks ### • Responsibility for the entire recruitment process - from needs analysis to contract signing • Development and implementation of recruiting strategies for various business areas • Conducting interviews and selection processes in cooperation with the specialist departments • Building and maintaining candidate and partner networks • Advising managers on personnel planning and candidate selection • Design and implementation of a structured onboarding process • Accompanying new employees and organizing introductory seminars • Support with personnel-related topics as well as labor law issues • Participation in HR projects (recruiting, talent management, personnel development) • Promotion of a positive corporate culture and employee retention Your profile ### • Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist with a focus on recruiting and onboarding • Knowledge of HR software and recruiting tools • Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law • Very good German skills, French is an advantage • Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and an independent way of working • High social competence, empathy, and solution orientation • Flexibility and readiness for innovation in a dynamic environment The customer offers • A varied job with responsibility • Six weeks of vacation possible. • A wide range of tasks where proactive thinking is expressly desired. • Fair employment conditions.
