Object Manager 100% \- Responsible for a professional and flawless operational process of the multi-purpose arena in relation to cleaning services and outdoor area maintenance \- Administrative tasks incl. budget responsibility \- Personnel leadership of the core team of two directly subordinate employees as well as up to 30 directly subordinate event cleaners \- Work deployment planning of the event cleaners in the indoor and outdoor areas of the stadium on match days of the ZSC Lions and other events \- Conducting internal quality controls, responsible for continuous process optimization as well as implementing the ISS standards \- Active support of the management team in further mandates during the off-season (May to August) \- Garden maintenance and winter service \- Completed basic training in the field of cleaning, facility management, gastronomy or hotel management; further training in facility management, commercial field and/or event management \- Min. 3-5 years of professional experience (incl. leadership and planning of employees)  \- Willingness to perform regular evening and weekend shifts for approx. 50  events per year \- Very good German skills and knowledge of Spanish or Italian is an advantage \- MS Office user knowledge \- Driver's license Kat.
