Your toolbox is in demand ##

• You carry out repairs and maintenance work on classic cars and youngtimers.
• You prepare vehicles for the motor vehicle inspection (Motorfahrzeugkontrolle).
• You independently carry out overhaul work on engines, gearboxes, chassis and other assemblies.
• You search for faults, make diagnoses and find solutions - even when modern diagnostic devices do not help.
• You manufacture spare parts or repair existing components.
• You assess the condition of vehicles and recognize which work is necessary for a professional restoration.

What you should bring ##

• Completed training as an automotive mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician or a comparable training
• Several years of professional experience and real joy in mechanical work
• Enthusiasm for vehicles from the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• An independent, exact and systematic way of working
• Reliability and team spirit
• Driver's license category B
• Good German language skills; other languages are an advantage
• Training as a vehicle restorer with federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) is an advantage

Every vehicle brings its own history. Sometimes it requires a clean diagnosis, sometimes manual skill and sometimes simply the experience of a good mechanic.
