Product Manager Communication(1293) Bern, Schweiz (und Homeoffice) | 80-100% This is your contribution Responsible for the strategic direction and further development of the messaging and communication services product portfolio at Defence Platform and ensuring its long-term operational capability Shape the service portfolio, develop product and service descriptions, and ensure the demand-oriented further development of the offered services Exercise economic responsibility for the assigned products, create business cases, TCO calculations and billing models, and prepare investment and lifecycle decisions Conduct lifecycle, capacity and modernization planning and identify and manage risks from technology replacements, manufacturer strategies and regulatory requirements at an early stage Ensure agile product management, promote cross-departmental cooperation and effectively bring together different stakeholders from business, architecture, security and operations What makes you unique Degree in computer science, business informatics, telecommunications (HF/FH/Uni) as well as several years of experience in strategic product management of IT services Sound knowledge of messaging and communication platforms, in particular Microsoft Exchange and mail security solutions such as FortiMail, as well as VoIP, SIP protocols and highly available communication networks Demonstrable experience in the definition, management and further development of service portfolios as well as in the design of product and service catalogs Several years of experience in strategic lifecycle, capacity and roadmap planning of complex IT platforms Strong communication, moderation and stakeholder management skills as well as awareness in dealing with the security of sensitive infrastructure and telephony Good knowledge of two official languages as well as good English skills In a nutshell You are motivated to shape the strategic further development of business- and security-critical communication services and to ensure their economic efficiency, future viability and performance.
