Your tasks:

• Care and nursing of patients with varying support needs
• Support of the registered nursing staff in diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Implementation of individual care plans taking into account the self-determination of the patients
• Promotion of the physical and mental health of the patients through activation measures
• Participation in interdisciplinary meetings for case planning
• Documentation of nursing measures and adjustment of treatment strategies

Your profile:

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Experience in inpatient or outpatient care is an advantage
• Flexibility and openness to various areas of application
• Enjoyment of an independent and responsible activity
• Very good German language skills
