WHAT OUR TRAINEE PROGRAM IS ABOUT

Our program offers high-quality training in leadership, management, and branch operations, combined with practical experience and theoretical knowledge. As a rule, you will work and learn in close cooperation with other trainees and your mentor.

• Five modules of one week duration each: theoretical knowledge, case and role plays, group work, teambuilding, and discussions in the plenary session
• Between the modules, you will be trained at the workplace with an assigned Store Manager mentor and receive coaching
• After completion of the modules, a celebration awaits you to celebrate the completion of the program

The ultimate goal of the Store Manager Trainee program is to prepare you to lead your own branch in the near future.
