You support the development of an innovative, high-value-added offering that meets the needs of companies, institutions, and society. You lead a center of expertise at the heart of lifelong learning issues and actively contribute to the prestige of the Haute École. In collaboration with departments and training managers, you contribute to the positioning, enhancement, and prestige of offerings whose pedagogical design and deployment are driven by academic teams. ### YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Participate in the strategic steering of the HEIG-VD as a member of the extended Management * Elaborate and implement the continuing education development strategy in coherence with institutional orientations * Elaborate and implement the continuing education development strategy in coherence with institutional orientations * Identify growth opportunities and promote the development of new certifying and non-certifying training offers * Lead the Continuing Education Center and ensure the management of its human, financial, and organizational resources * Advise and support training managers in the design, launch, and monitoring of their programs * Guarantee the quality, regulatory compliance, and economic viability of the center's activities * Develop and maintain partnerships with economic, institutional, academic, and professional sectors in Switzerland and internationally * Ensure the promotion and visibility of the HEIG-VD continuing education offering * Represent the HEIG-VD to its partners, companies, institutions, and authorities, and contribute to the prestige of the Haute École in the field of continuing education ### YOUR PROFILE You are a unifying personality, endowed with a strong capacity to develop projects and to mobilize actors with varied interests around a common vision.
