An established company from the consumer goods industry is looking for an experienced finance professional for the commercial management responsibility of the Swiss sales company. As a member of the local management team, the sought-after person actively helps shape the strategic and operative management and acts as a central sparring partner for management. The position offers high creative freedom in an international environment with direct responsibility for P&L, forecasting and the further development of finance processes.

Your Task ##

• Management of the local P&L and medium-term planning for Switzerland
• Development of management analyses and strategic financial scenarios together with Sales
• Leadership and further development of the local finance team with a performance focus
• Responsibility for facility management, procurement and legal coordination
• Further development of reporting, governance and BI-supported automation solutions

Your Profile ##

• Completed studies in Finance or Controlling required
• Several years of FP&A experience with P&L responsibility is expected
• Leadership experience and ability for employee development are required
• Very good German, French and English skills necessary
• Confident handling of ERP systems and BI tools required
