Job description ###

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure deburring, finishing, washing, smoothing, and packaging of parts, mainly on small watchmaking components with care and precision, according to high horology quality requirements
• Ensure, occasionally according to production needs, the loading and unloading of CNC machines
• Perform in-process controls using measuring devices
• Participate in the continuous improvement of production and quality processes

Profile ###

Desired profile:

• Indispensable experience in deburring and finishing small watchmaking components
• Proven experience in the production of small watchmaking parts is imperative
• Experience in binocular and/or loupe inspection
• Excellent dexterity, meticulousness, attention to detail, and excellent vision
• Experience in loading and operating CNC machines = an asset
• Knowledge of measuring devices such as Marcel Aubert and Mitutoyo = an asset
• Experience in sandblasting and polishing = an asset
• Rigorous, autonomous, responsible, independent and reliable
