For Tertianum Schönberg in the Bern region, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Cook 50-70%   We initially offer you a fixed-term employment, with the option of a later permanent position upon successful cooperation.   Your tasks • Responsible for the professional preparation and presentation of all types of meals according to the menu plan and special requests • Responsible for regeneration, completion and assembly of meals • Co-responsible for efficient inventory management • Compliance with the HACCP concept and occupational safety guidelines • Proper and professional organization of work within the kitchen service • Co-responsibility for controlling management as well as quality management Your profile • Training as a Cook EFZ with professional experience, an advantage • Many years of experience in the area of hot and cold kitchen, completion/regeneration and assembly of meals • Professional and independent working attitude • Flair for plating and decorating food • Willingness to work at events • Knowledge of system catering as well as à la carte cuisine • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of versatile challenges • Good German language skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
