Cleanroom Technician

Trained as a physics laboratory technician, knowledge of mechanics, training in working in a clean environment
Category B driving license mandatory
Aerial work platform license Attached to the technical manager, you intervene

In ISO5 cleanroom:

• Preparation and quality control of cleanroom parts following the established protocol * Cleaning and conditioning of parts according to protocol for the cleanroom * Particle counting in the cleanroom according to protocol * Setup of parts in the cleanroom for assemblies * Control and exit of parts from the cleanroom after assemblies * Packaging of cleanroom parts according to protocol * Monitoring of consumables...

Outside cleanroom:

• Logistic monitoring of part batches through the different internal Services and buildings (workshop, chemistry, Bât 252, SM18 extension, storage) + Control and preparation of parts before entering the cleanroom for conditioning according to protocol + Support for the preparation of tools or equipment to be used in the cleanroom (installation, cleaning, packaging verification before entry or exit) according to protocol + Support and external link to persons working in the room (entry, exit of parts or equipment) + Maintenance of the work area: tidying up, assistance with layout, cleaning + 2D blueprint reading to establish part batches + Inventory and monitoring of the stock of parts for tools + Handling + Handling of storage crates (mechanical or electric pallet jack) + Support to the transport team for the movement of equipment and tools + Installation of shelving and various handling tasks for the layout of work areas (cabinets, tables, pallets, small crates and boxes jpidc85b72fjm jpit0940jm jpiy26jm
