Lead Manufacturing Engineer Repair Gas Turbines

You will assume technical leadership in the overhaul of gas turbine components in production and drive process improvements.

Tasks

• Technical support for the clarification of orders in special processes
• Planning, implementation and improvement of repair processes
• Leadership and implementation of projects to increase production, safety, quality and cost
• Responsibility for process development and documentation according to qualification requirements
• Collaboration with product managers to define product and process qualifications
• Analysis of quality problems and support for root-cause analyses and corrective measures

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering or a comparable field of study
• Alternatively equivalent practical engineering experience
• Knowledge of several gas turbine platforms is an advantage
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with production teams
• Fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing
