construction site manager electrical fitter / construction site manager electrical fitter (female)
In this versatile function, you will work on versatile, exciting projects with dedicated teams in the electrical installation area such as controls, networks or telephone systems in complex buildings such as hotels, MFH, large residential developments, industrial buildings, in conveyor technology and automation throughout Switzerland with a focus on the Basel region with the following main tasks:
Independent creation of electrical installations (MSRE installations) according to NIN for customer projects in the region or on assembly in Switzerland
Achieving the objectives in execution, deadlines and budget in projects or sub-projects
Technical and personal leadership of the employees assigned to the project
Supervision and support of the employees and apprentices on the construction site
Project management of the construction site on-site with material procurement, deadlines, costs and quality of work in consultation with the project management
Ensuring contact on-site with the client, the suppliers and external companiesExciting perspectives in a healthy, active and successful SME

To have long-term success in this varied, independent construction and project task, you ideally possess the following profile:
Technical basic training as an electrical installer or fitter, even supplemented with further training
Several years of professional experience in electrical installation and know-how in real estate, industry, conveyor technology and/or automation (chemistry, automotive construction, high-bay warehouses)
Independent, experienced in leading dedicated teams
Winning person with good manners, flexible and a team player
Proficient in German orally and in writing
