Within the Insel group, the l-hôpital et la maison de retraite de Belp site manages a geriatric rehabilitation facility as well as a retirement home. What awaits you You will work in our modern kitchen and learn to prepare hot and cold dishes as well as desserts. In addition, you will discover the entire cooking process: from ordering a meal to plating it on the dish. You will receive food items, check their quality, and store them correctly or integrate them directly into production. You can professionally use different cutting techniques and cooking methods. All dishes are plated in an appetizing manner and you know how to serve them to guests with pleasure.
