Do you have a technical background and are you interested in Product Management and artificial intelligence? During your internship, you will process product-related customer inquiries, building up valuable product knowledge in the process and using this to create an AI-based product support agent. Your area of design. Process product-related customer inquiries regarding technical information, data, certificates or verifications. For finding solutions with Product Management, Laboratory, Sales, Care and other specialist departments, structure questions and existing product knowledge and collect, prepare an AI-based product support agent and technical information, and participate in training materials and other tasks in Product Management. Your profile - More than just expertise. Technical training or studies, e.g. in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, industrial engineering or a comparable understanding and enjoyment of immersing yourself in new products and issues - how in the development of AI agents and interest in their practical, independent and communicative good German and English skills.
