Your contribution

• Direct the personnel in charge of building management, ensuring full operability - maintenance and care - of systems, buildings, objects and machinery, both in ordinary and extraordinary situations
• Participate, as a representative of management, in the support of armasuisse building projects, from consulting specialized designers to the optimization of the management of medium and large-scale construction projects
• Hold meetings with the troops and other managers regarding the use and coordination of infrastructures assigned to schools, repetition courses (CR) and civil events
• Plan and supervise maintenance and arrangement work of external areas, check work orders and plan the necessary exercise material, including stock management and purchasing
• Supervise and maintain all technical systems, verifying their functionality and safety

What distinguishes you

• Completed basic vocational training in a technical or artisanal field, with a federal certificate of capacity, or training in the sector of building maintenance project management or building technology
• Driving license categories B and C and availability to perform on-call service and to intervene outside of working hours
• Flexible, precise and autonomous person, with technical analysis skills and assertiveness
• Strong orientation towards service, customers and teamwork
• Good oral and written knowledge of a second official language

The Swiss Army Logistics Base (BLEs) is available to the troops. It provides all logistic services for the Swiss Army and, with its approximately 3500 employees and 12000 militia soldiers, manages the material, systems and infrastructures of the Swiss Army.
