As the person responsible for carpentry, you hold the reins:
Leadership: You lead your team both personally and professionally and specifically promote internal know-how.
Production: You control the planning, monitor deadlines and guarantee our high quality standards.
Optimization: You further develop processes, plan projects and solve complex problems (incl. complaint management).
Interface: You train your employees and work closely with other departments.
Your profile:
Basis: Completed carpentry apprenticeship with several years of professional experience.
Plus: Further training as a Master Carpenter or Dipl. Technician HF (company processes) is an advantage.
Skills: Sound experience in personnel management as well as production and process workflows.
Personality: You think entrepreneurially, are strong in planning and, in addition to perseverance, bring a healthy portion of humor.
Language: German at native speaker level and confident handling of MS-Office.
