The Assembly Line

Here, daily work revolves around the industrial manufacturing of high-quality kitchen furniture. Our modern and at the same time automated plants supply the freight forwarding company directly. Teamwork is highly valued. Whether with a drill, hammer, or screwdriver, you can fully apply your manual skills at varied workstations. Despite a demanding 2-shift operation, there is always a collegial atmosphere during the daily "Znüni".

Your Role

In this responsible function, you are close to the employees and take on a key role in the assembly line. With passion, joy in leadership, and a pronounced hands-on mentality, you roll up your sleeves and act pragmatically as well as efficiently. Thanks to your networked and entrepreneurial thinking, you maintain an overview even in a complex production environment.

Your task as a leader in our team

• Personnel and technical leadership as well as development of approx. 15-20 employees in the 2-shift operation
• Organization and ensuring of efficient and uninterrupted production
• Ensuring of safety and quality standards
• Continuous optimization of production and work processes (KVP)
• Creation and regular revision of work instructions and internal process documents
• Planning and implementation of employee training
• Active participation in projects

You have completed the following educational path

• Completed basic technical training as a machine operator, polymechanic, or similar
• Proven leadership experience in an industrial production environment
• Further training as a specialist in leadership, specialist in processes, technical clerk, or comparable
• Practical experience in Lean Management as well as in the application of continuous improvement processes
• Proficient handling of MS-Office applications
• High process orientation as well as structured thinking ability
• Several years of professional experience in an industrial environment, preferably in woodworking
• Flawless German skills in speaking and writing
