PatrickPfisterPartner AG is a leading real estate and architecture company in the Canton of Zürich/District of Bülach and is looking for a committed real estate property manager to strengthen our team.
Tasks:
technical and administrative management and support of the real estate portfolio/rental properties using the W&W Immotop2 system
rental agreement management, including contract negotiations and renewals
monitoring of rent payments and debt collection, service charge settlements
preparation of income statements
organization and implementation of apartment viewings, acceptances and handovers
communication with tenants, owners and service providers
implementation of maintenance and renovation measures
Requirements:
Commercial apprenticeship with further training in real estate management/preferably Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Real Estate Management
professional experience in the real estate industry with accounting knowledge
good knowledge of tenancy law and real estate management
independent and structured way of working
strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
good German and English skills
