Foreman or Site Manager Timber Construction Assembly

Your field of activity

• You are on the move at many different locations, lead the upcoming timber construction and interior finishing work on site, and are responsible for the quality-compliant creation of our innovative timber construction solutions
• On our customers' versatile construction sites, you and the assembly team undertake the creation and installation of individually manufactured timber construction systems, facade work in wood and panel materials, and HBV (timber-concrete composite) elements according to plan and schedule specifications
• You plan the assignments, coordinate your team on site, and ensure smooth project progress including reporting
• You always ensure compliance with S&G measures and local safety regulations

Your foundation

• You are a trained carpenter, (construction) joiner, and have already successfully completed further training as a foreman or site manager
• The building material wood is your passion and you already bring professional experience in this environment
• Ideally, you have already demonstrated your expertise, strong communication skills, and high social competence in a leadership role, and you motivate your team with high commitment, a solution-oriented working style, and your pronounced team spirit
• You speak fluent German and possess a category B driver's license
