• You process insurance applications independently and support our customers with online completions in German and French.
• You accompany our clientele along the entire purchasing process and communicate via various channels such as telephone, e-mail, chat, or video telephony.
• You support our sales teams with administrative tasks and contribute to ensuring they can focus on customer consulting.
• You take on varied back-office activities and ensure efficient and high-quality processing.
• You contribute ideas, think ahead, and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment that is constantly evolving.

What you bring with you

• A completed education; experience in the insurance industry is a plus, but not a must.
• An independent, careful, and reliable way of working.
• Even in hectic situations, you maintain an overview and set the right priorities.
• You enjoy customer contact and have a strong service orientation.
• You work confidently with MS Office and approach changes openly and flexibly.
• You have fluent German and French skills in speaking and writing. Further language skills are welcome.
