Sales Professional Field Service – Project Business 100% Hochdorf LU

Your playground

• You acquire new customers and projects and specifically expand your network in Central Switzerland.
• You look after existing customers and develop business relationships in the long term.
• You advise your contact persons on high-quality bathroom furnishings and individual solutions.
• You accompany projects from the initial idea and tender, through the offer to the contract conclusion.
• You work closely with our internal specialist departments and ensure that a good idea becomes a successful solution.
• You look after institutional clients, general contractors, architectural firms, housing cooperatives, and sanitary companies.
• You take responsibility for turnover, margin, and your personal goals.

What you bring

• Training in the sanitary, carpenter, or a related construction profession.
• Commercial further training is an advantage.
• Experience in sales and above all: enjoyment in actively approaching customers and developing business.
• An existing network in the construction industry is a plus.
• You understand how construction, project, and procurement processes work.
• You work independently, entrepreneurially, and result-oriented.
• You can inspire customers and have a sense for high-quality products and good solutions.
