We are looking for the social cohesion service
Home social companion at 60% within the senior delegation (1 year fixed-term contract)
As part of its mission to fight against the exclusion and precariousness of seniors and under the supervision of a team dedicated to the social follow-up of this population, you will actively participate in the implementation of an innovative support and fight against isolation system.
Your mission
Conduct companionship visits by offering a space for active listening and a benevolent presence
Accompany seniors in carrying out daily activities (accompaniment for shopping or medical visits, various practical help, completing simple administrative procedures)
Report on the interventions carried out and observations made to the members of the team
Collaborate with the health-social network and the relatives of the beneficiaries
Write reports in the social journal and participate in team meetings
Execute administrative tasks transmitted by the social workers of the delegation
Your profile
CFC as a Socio-educational Assistant or training deemed equivalent
Experience or strong interest in the "seniors" population
Good knowledge of the Geneva social network
Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
Capacity for listening and analysis
Category B driving license
