We are looking for a personality with several years of professional experience and experience in group responsibility, who leads securely professionally and organizationally, takes responsibility, and at the same time actively works in the daily Kita routine. A sensitive and professionally sound pedagogy is just as important to us as initiative, reliability, and the willingness to actively pitch in.   Your tasks Pedagogical and organizational responsibility for a children's group Leadership and coordination of the group team Creation of a loving, safe, and development-promoting Kita daily routine Individual support and promotion of the children Instruction and support of employees and learners Professional and appreciative cooperation with the parents Close cooperation with the site and management Active participation in all areas of the Kita daily routine   What you bring with you Training as a Fachfrau Betreuung Kind EFZ or a recognized equivalent pedagogical training Several years of professional experience in a daycare center Experience in group responsibility High pedagogical professional competence and a sensitive attitude towards children Independent, structured, and responsible way of working Leadership competence, resilience, and initiative Teamwork skills and open, constructive communication Hands-on mentality: You see what needs to be done and of course pitch in German or French as a native language as well as good oral knowledge of the respective other language What we offer you A responsible and varied function with scope for design The opportunity to actively contribute your experience and ideas A bilingual working environment Clear structures and close cooperation with the site and management A Kita in which high-quality, child-centered, and sensitive pedagogy is the focus Workload: 60-100 % Work location: Kita VISAVIE, Mattenstrasse & Schwanengasse Biel/Bienne Start date: immediately or by arrangement We look forward to receiving your complete application documents.
