ICT Operations Team Leader #

Working time: 80 % - 100 % ##

To lead our ICT operations team, we are looking for a committed and competent leadership personality who combines technical understanding, pronounced managerial skills, and an economic mindset. You guarantee the safe operation and continuous development of the IT infrastructure of SVA Grisons. You lead your team with foresight, ensure efficient processes, and actively contribute to the improvement of processes.

Tasks

• Technical, personal and operational direction of the ICT operations team
• Ensure the operational functioning of the Windows client and server infrastructure
• Guarantee the internal functioning of programs as well as the availability of the IT infrastructure
• Responsibility for configuration and change management
• Continuous development of the existing IT infrastructure in the areas of clients, servers, network, databases, etc.
• Examination and introduction of innovative solutions to support digital development
• Coordination, steering and control of external service providers
• Direction and participation in projects within the scope of responsibility
• Planning, prioritization and management of work and resources within the team
• Responsibility for the efficient use of personnel and operating resources
• Investment planning, budget preparation and cost control
• Procurement of services and means necessary for ICT operations as well as responsibility for contract management
• Implementation of the internal control system as well as risk and quality management
• Writing of reports and decision bases

Requirements

• Completed IT training with a higher diploma in business informatics (HF/FH) as well as ideally a higher complementary training in business management (HF/FH)
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in ICT systems operation and support
• Great organizational capacity as well as a structured, autonomous and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong service and performance orientation as well as good communicative and integrative skills
• Resistance to stress, ability to make decisions and persuade as well as interest in the development of processes, procedures and technical solutions
