To strengthen our team in the Facility Management department, we are looking for a Mitarbeiter:in Facility Management – Gebäudetechnik Service Technician HVAC (Inhouse) Main tasks Monitoring, maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting and rectification of faults in technical systems and installations as well as performing maintenance and repairs Commissioning, coordination and monitoring of the work of external service providers and craftsmen Support and execution of smaller projects and renovations Documentation of maintenance activities Maintenance of documents (operating instructions, diagrams etc.) Ensuring smooth technical operation Currently also supporting the installation and commissioning of our new building and existing buildings Profile Completed basic training in building technology EFZ Experience in building technology and building automation systems (preferably Siemens Desigo) Very good German skills Ability to work in a team in cross-disciplinary cooperation with the production departments Confident handling of IT applications Flexible and committed personality We offer Varied and interesting tasks in a collegial team Diverse development opportunities High level of independence and personal responsibility Flexible working hours Please send your complete application documents including details of your salary expectations to Lukic.
