Job description
Exactly you are who we were looking for - After-school Care Specialist (60 - 100%) Chinderhuus Simsala in Windisch and Brugg is a lively operation and offers around 380 children from the age of three months to the end of primary school family and school-complementary care. In our premises in the old town of Brugg, we run a daycare center and an after-school care center. For our after-school care center in Brugg, we are looking for a motivated and responsible personality, starting immediately or by agreement, who designs the everyday life of our after-school care children aged 4 to 12 years in a needs-oriented, varied, and heartfelt manner. Your tasks

Accompanying the children in everyday life and supporting the development of their self- and social competence
Building a trusting and personal relationship with each individual child
Maintaining appreciative contact with the parents
Designing the daily routine and everyday structures as well as planning and implementing monthly projects
Responsibility for room design and planning of holiday care
Taking over administrative work such as attendance control, food and material orders, checking deliveries, maintaining the team agenda, etc.
Close cooperation with the after-school care management and the other specialists
Implementation of operational concepts and regulations
Participation in the further development of concepts and internal processes
What you bring with you

Degree as a Specialist in Childcare EFZ or at least an equivalent, recognized training.
Experience in the care of kindergarten and school children
Confident oral and written communication skills
Sense of responsibility, flexibility and initiative
Lots of motivation, passion and enthusiasm for working with children
New ideas and sound specialist knowledge that you want to contribute actively
