Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or FH (for degrees obtained abroad, SRK recognition is required)
• Experience in psychiatry is an advantage
• Interest in psychiatric nursing and in accompanying people in challenging life situations
• High social competence, resilience, and independence
• Enjoyment of working at night

Tasks ##

• Competent professional care and accompaniment of patients during the night
• Ensuring a calm, stable, and safe night structure
• Supporting individual resources and promoting independence
• Observation of the mental and physical state of the patients
• Implementation of nursing interventions according to psychiatric principles
• Careful documentation as well as professional handover of relevant information to the day shift
• Close cooperation with the interdisciplinary treatment team
