About the company ###

• In this role, you will accompany complex urban development and transformation projects from the preliminary design phase through permit processes to realization.
• In doing so, you will operate at the interface between the client, authorities, planners, investors, and other stakeholders.
• The projects involve investments in the high double-digit to triple-digit million range and are characterized by their long-term strategic importance as well as their high public visibility.

Tasks ###

• Overall responsibility for demanding development and construction projects on the client side
• Management and coordination of architects, specialist planners, general planners, and external project participants
• Leadership of project teams across all project phases
• Support of permit and approval processes
• Ensuring schedules, costs, and quality targets
• Coordination with authorities, political bodies, and other stakeholders
• Preparation and implementation of client meetings
• Ensuring ongoing operations during renovation and development phases

Profile ###

• Completed studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, real estate management, or comparable training
• Sound experience as a project manager on the client side or in a comparable role
• Sound knowledge in the development, planning, and realization of complex building construction projects
• Experience in dealing with authorities, permit processes, and political stakeholders
• Strong understanding of economic, technical, and operational connections
• Ability to coordinate and lead numerous stakeholders in a goal-oriented manner
