Job Description ##

As a Personnel Consultant, you are the central interface between our client companies and our employees. You take on full responsibility for recruitment, placement, and personal support in the crafts sector and are significantly responsible for the success of your client portfolio.

You identify the personnel needs of your clients, find suitable specialists, and ensure that open positions are filled quickly, efficiently, and sustainably. Through the active development of new client relationships as well as the maintenance of existing partnerships, you contribute significantly to the growth of our company.

At the same time, you accompany and support our employees during their assignments. Through regular contact, you ensure high satisfaction and act as a competent contact person for all concerns.

Another important part of your activity is the continuous recruitment of new specialists. You conduct job interviews, build up a strong candidate pool, and ensure that vacancies can be filled promptly and with high quality at all times.

You ideally come from the crafts sector and speak the language of our customers and employees. Therefore, you quickly understand what a company is looking for and which candidates truly fit into the team.

You are sociable, determined, and motivated by challenges. Instead of excuses, you seek solutions. You take responsibility, think entrepreneurially, and bring the necessary amount of drive to be successful.

In addition, you possess:

• A completed vocational apprenticeship, preferably in the crafts sector
• Driver's license category B
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good local knowledge in Zürich and the surrounding area
• Enjoyment in dealing with people as well as a confident and professional appearance
