For our client, quartal, in order to strengthen its team and manage various and demanding architectural projects in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a:

Experienced Project Manager or Site Manager (m/f/d)-100%

For our client quartal, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager or Site Manager. Given the size of the office, the person hired will be required, even in a project manager function, to also ensure site management missions.

Tasks / Responsibilities

• Manage projects from execution preparation to the acceptance of works, ensuring the monitoring of costs, deadlines and quality
• Organize and supervise construction sites: setup, safety, logistics and coordination of stakeholders
• Coordinate all actors of a project: clients, architects, engineers, companies and specialized mandatories
• Keep the site journal and meetings, write minutes and control the conformity of works with the plans
• Master tenders, bids, awards, measurements and accounts
• Organize acceptances at all levels, follow up on the lifting of reservations and warranty works
• Depending on the profile: structure and plan projects in all their disciplines "- content, costs, deadlines, quality, risks and resources and ensure monitoring until the achievement of objectives

Profile

• Higher education in the construction field: certified site manager / federal diploma, EPF/HES architect or training deemed equivalent

(An initial career as a building draughtsman, completed by training in site management, constitutes an important asset.)

• Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience in site management and/or construction project management, with proven experience in autonomous project management, ideally in Switzerland
• Experience in managing projects of significant size and complexity, from execution preparation to the acceptance of works
• Experience in the development of constructive details
• Solid knowledge of constructive techniques, materials, SIA standards and Swiss construction regulations applicable
• Mastery of tenders as well as the monitoring of costs, deadlines and quality of execution
• Autonomy, rigor, sense of responsibility, excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent mastery of French, both oral and written; any other language constitutes an asset
