Your place of work is our headquarters "Connect" in Opfikon. At Implenia, you will develop real estate projects with the aim of meeting the return profile of our investors, combined with high urban planning and architectural quality. In this key role, you will take on overall responsibility for our projects in German-speaking Switzerland: You will support the Transaction Team in identifying and evaluating development opportunities, take over product definition and lead the planning team until construction readiness, a legally binding building permit and signing of the TUWV. Your responsibilities include ### • Overall responsibility for the development of demanding real estate projects from acquisition to construction readiness • Identification and evaluation of development opportunities as well as participation in purchase and sale processes • Definition of marketable usage concepts taking into account location, target groups and economy • Responsibility for monitoring the economic performance of the projects (rental areas, target costs, return requirements) • Control of all internal and external project participants • Identification and involvement of all stakeholders as well as careful management of the approval processes until a legally binding building permit is obtained • Gapless contract and supplementary contract management • Identification and application of industrialized construction with our specialized teams • Proactive support in the due diligence of suitable AI tools for use in the Real Estate Development team You are successful because ### • You have completed a degree in architecture, civil engineering, spatial planning or real estate economics • You have several years of experience in developing complex real estate projects • You have experience in dealing with investors, authorities and other stakeholder groups • You have in-depth knowledge of Swiss building law, SIA standards and real estate valuation • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and pronounced analytical skills • You have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive and proactive attitude and a strong commitment to the position • You are able to deliver results under time pressure, handle complex situations and work in a solution-oriented manner • You are a strong and self-confident communicator for collaboration with internal teams and operational partners.
