Further information at: www.bachem.com For a sabbatical replacement, we are looking for a committed individual as an HR Business Partner for 7-8 months. In this role, you will support our managers and teams competently, in a solution-oriented manner, and with a good sense for people and organizations. Ideally, you are available from November/December 2026 and can ensure the replacement of our team member in this role until the end of June/July 2026. Your tasks: • Advising and supporting managers in all HR and leadership topics • Accompanying central HR processes along the employee life cycle, especially in the areas of development, talent management, succession planning, performance, and consequence management • Supporting change and organizational projects as well as actively helping to shape their implementation • Advising managers and employees on labor law issues • Conception and implementation of training and workshops • Participation in projects and HR initiatives for the further development of our HR work • Representing HR in various committees and acting as a professional interface to relevant stakeholders Your profile: • Completed studies or equivalent training, ideally supplemented by further HR training, as well as several years of professional experience • At least five years of experience in a consulting HR function, ideally in a chemical or pharmaceutical environment • Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law and confident application in practice • Experience in change management as well as talent development and the ability to accompany changes with clarity and empathy • Very good communication skills in German and English • Confident use of MS Office; experience with SuccessFactors and UKG PeopleDoc is an advantage • Well-organized, efficient, and pragmatic way of working • Strong communication skills, solution orientation, and trustworthiness Our offer: • Varied HR tasks with room for design • Nice HR team colleagues whom you can rely on and who laugh well and often together • 60% coverage of pension fund contributions by Bachem AG as well as the possibility for supra-mandatory provision with our optional savings plan • Access to the Swibeco benefits platform with discounts from external partners • Fresh, healthy, and diverse food in our staff restaurant • Diverse free sports activities on the Bachem Campus Have we piqued your interest?
