Pflegefachperson HF/FH Zentrale Aufnahme (m/w/d) 60 % With the Zentrale Aufnahme (ZA), the Erwachsenenpsychiatrie (EP) of the Psychiatrie Baselland (PBL) offers a triage and admission point for people with mental illnesses. The ZA is the first point of contact for medical concerns regarding the EP PBL. People with mental illnesses receive counseling on treatment options here and, if necessary, subsidiary outpatient short-term interventions. When registering for inpatient treatment, the necessary diagnostic examinations and administrative activities take place in the ZA to ensure a smooth inpatient admission. It is the aim to schedule the preliminary examinations before the day of admission. People under psychological stress who require other support outside of the subsidiary treatment mandate of the PBL are referred to the appropriate agencies. Your tasks Comprehensive counseling and support for patients with mental illnesses or in crises Triage into outpatient, semi-inpatient, outreach, and inpatient treatment settings Interprofessional cooperation with clear, binding communication at eye level Prioritization of the different registrations taking into account the clinical condition and the active capacity management of the PBL Night shift in the inpatient setting with a supporting role and additional triage and admission function Your profile Diploma recognized by the SRK as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-Fachmann HF or FH Experience in the field of psychiatry and ideally experience in acute psychiatry Enjoyment of professional exchange with referrers, counseling of relatives and/or those affected, and solution-oriented thinking Open and communicative personality with a structured and precise way of working Ability to work in a team and willingness for interprofessional cooperation The Psychiatrie Baselland (PBL) is one of the leading psychiatric institutions in Northwest Switzerland.
