Business Application Manager (m/f/d, 80 %)

What you will achieve with us

• You will operate, maintain, and further develop business applications.
• You will analyze and review business requirements in close cooperation with the specialist departments.
• You will translate business needs into technical requirements for the external engineering team.
• You are responsible for the SLA management of the business applications, including monitoring, control, and escalation.
• You plan and coordinate interfaces to the business applications as well as change and release management activities.
• You ensure stable and efficient application operations.
• You train users and provide support.
• You document and optimize processes.

What you bring with you

• You have a completed degree HF/FH in Business Informatics or Informatics.
• You have several years of experience in application management and/or business analysis.
• You have extensive knowledge of the Microsoft-365 environment.
• You can structure and convey complex issues in an understandable way.
• You have very good French skills in speaking and writing (B2, ideally C1) as well as very good German skills.
• You are familiar with classic and agile project management.
• You think analytically and work in a structured and independent manner.
• You possess high communication and coordination skills.
• Ideally, you are familiar with the environment of non-profit organizations and social work.
