Renewable energy project manager (f/m) 80-100%

Profile

• HES or EPF engineering degree, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and interaction with strategic partners and clients.
• Experience in conducting projects as a Client (Maître d'Ouvrage) in the field of thermie, as well as the ability to promote high value-added projects to potential clients and partners.
• Leadership allowing for the management of all aspects of the project, both technical and contractual and financial.
• Good negotiator, endowed with a great sense of analysis and synthesis, with easy communication both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work in a team while leading projects autonomously.
• Motivation to engage in projects contributing to climate objectives.
• Native French speaker, proficiency in German is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Accompany market prospecting and the development of innovative solutions.
• Qualify potential projects and assume responsibility for the preparation of offers, including as part of responses to calls for tenders involving different technologies.
• Consult the necessary specialists in order to consolidate the decision-making and project definition elements.
• Assume, as a Client (Maître d'Ouvrage), responsibility for all stages of the project: studies, estimates, obtaining legal authorizations, establishing the detailed financial plan, calls for tenders, obtaining investment credit, realization and commissioning.
• Participate in the presentation of the solution and the financial offer to the client, prepare and negotiate contracts until their signature.
• Ensure the realization of projects and coordinate the engaged companies until the acceptance of the completed works.
